My friends Marcos, Randy, Will, and Ej threw a bit of a Pre-Christmas party. I found this to be a chance to shoot the last roll of my 800 speed Kodak film. Recently I have been a bit sluggish in posting, my New Years resolution will be to post at least two times a week. Wish me luck, and see you all in 2011! p.s. below are images from an X-mas party blur.

Its begging to look a lot like X-Mas
Last night, I walked around the neighborhood, to see what EAV had to offer. Along the way I shot more of the neighborhood itself, the over the top lights I had intended on shooting were just a happy addition.

Color, Color, Everywhere!
I have really fallen in love with shooting color film again, the image quality is far greater than that of most digital photos. Hopefully I can continue to document the things around in this manner. My initial plan for this roll of film was to shoot more around my neighborhood as I had done in my previous posts. Unfortunately the weather did not allow for much out door shooting. But none the less I enjoyed shooting in my small East Atlanta home.

First Post in Four Months
I have been so busy the past four months, since I last signed off, a lot has changed. I am now a college grad, with hopes of landing a job with a magazine or some sort of online publication. I learned a lot in school, but my real education came with going out and documenting the life I've seen over the past few years. I am truly grateful for my experience that have help to shape the photographer I have become.
On another note: The weather in Atlanta has shifted so drastically over the past few weeks, it has really put me in a creative funk. So today, it finally became nice enough to go out side and shoot. Feeling a bit ambitious I decide to grab some 800 speed Kodak color film and walk around my East Atlanta neighborhood. It was refreshing shooting film, and not being able to have the satisfaction of seeing the images right away. I hope you enjoy the images as much as I did making them.
